            混凝土建筑3D打印技术工程应用分析*

            [摘要]混凝土建筑3D打印技术的研究目前处于起步阶段,打印材料、设备、工艺间的研究相互割裂,缺少实践配合。由于缺少相关标准规范作为建造依据,且现有示范项目未能充分体现3D打印技术的优势,因此该技术的市场认可程度不高,距投入市场化应用还有极大难度。梳理国内外混凝土建筑3D打印技术的打印工艺、打印材料、打印设备、打印实践发展,通过分析混凝土建筑3D打印技术在不同工程场景下的实际应用案例,总结其存在的主要问题与不足,并立足适合该技术的不同应用场景进行系统分析,提出高效、合理的生产建造过程,推动3D打印在混凝土建筑领域的智能化、工业化、可持续化的研究与发展。

            Practical Application Analysis of 3D Concrete Printing Technology

            Abstract:Currently, the study on the technology of 3D concrete printing (3DCP) is still in its infancy stage, since research on materials, equipment and technology is separated from each other, lacking practical cooperation. As there is short of relevant standards and specifications, and the existing demonstration projects fail to fully demonstrate the advantages of 3DCP, market recognition degree of this technology is not high, and it is very difficult to put it into market application. In this study, main existing problems and deficiencies were summarized through systematical summary of the technology, materials, equipment and practical development of 3DCP both at home and abroad, and analysis of practical application cases of 3DCP technology in different engineering scenarios. Finally, the system was analyzed based on different application scenarios suitable for the technology, efficient and reasonable production and construction process was put forward, thus promoting the intelligent, industrialized and sustainable research and development of 3D printing in the field of concrete construction.
